In 2011, she founded Sweets by Deliciosa in Pennsylvania, a signature online baking shop where she blends flavors, techniques, and textures with a strong focus on local influences and high-quality ingredients.

In 2012, she opened a storefront in Conyngham, PA, which she operated for just over a year. At that stage in her life, being a mom of two young children required her full attention, making it difficult to manage a physical store. She decided to continue growing the business online until her boys were older.

During the pandemic, she strengthened her presence within her local community and expanded her reach by joining Amazon, where she continues to push boundaries and grow her brand.

In March 2023, she and her husband took another leap of faith and opened a much-anticipated storefront in Hazle Township, PA, this time under the name The Icing House. This charming dessert shop became their “baby,” especially as their own children were heading off to college.

Now located in Central Florida, a new chapter begins — one filled with even more flavors and a deeper celebration of Peruvian traditions. Serving both the local community and select restaurants, she offers a refined variety of American and Peruvian desserts. Her flagship product, the exquisite Alfajores cookies, remains a customer favorite — not only locally, but also nationwide through platforms like Amazon and Etsy.

Her passion, dedication, and creativity are the foundation of her success. Over the years, her work has sparked curiosity and introduced new flavor experiences to audiences more familiar with traditional American sweets.
