We take pride in all of our baked goods. Shipping to all 50 states since 2008, we make every effort to assure your order arrives in excellent condition. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, that it will arrive fresh and on time. Timely delivery is crucial to your perishable order. We want our customers happy so if any product problem exists we will work with you to try and make any situation right. We strive to earn a 5-Star rating on every purchase. When you receive your order, please take a moment to give us feedback. If there was something unsatisfactory about your order, please email us and we'll do what's necessary to remedy the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
Alfajores, Macarons or cupcakes, as a perishable products can’t be returned. Please contact us ASAP to solve any issue and determine what we can do. We take a large amount of time and care packaging our products to ensure they arrive at your delivery address in the same condition they leave our facility.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure that you have provided the correct zip code, apartment #, street #, or type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.) to avoid a surcharge. Be aware that we instruct the shipping carrier that no signature is required. Otherwise, it could take the cake beyond its shelf life to be delivered to the correct address. Carriers may leave your order at the door if there is no one home. We are not responsible if your order is attacked by ants, bears, raccoons or other wild animals! Please follow your package’s location once tracking has been provided so that you can make the proper arrangements to bring it safely inside once it has been delivered! However, the carrier may choose, at its sole discretion, not to leave a package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. The carrier instead will leave a tag indicating how to arrange pickup or another delivery.
